Working At Working
For a while now I have been goofing off too much. I am now motivated to start working at working. Playing at working does not pay the bills and mine are mounting at this moment.
As I look more carefully at our situation, I see more positive and good coming out of moving. It is about time we were back in a real house instead of a warehouse. Living here conserved our money, but it probably also cost us motivation to make more.
We are close to making a decision to rent a house at the beach. Life is hard for being “evicted”. Everyone should have it this bad. Luckily we have the money to move.
Today I created a website to sell off some soldering iron sponge we have. http://soldering-iron-sponges.com I will drive traffic to the site with Adwords pay per click advertising. This will be an experiment in my ability for selling a product I own.
I was not going to go live with a page for a little while, but my host put up their own page to hold my place until I uploaded my own. I figured if they had a page of ads there, I might as well have my starter page. I hope to make it better and a little more professional looking.
Yes, I know I am late, but you have to realize I have a lot on my mind right now. I was even up and working at 4 this morning. I went back to bed for half an hour at 5:30, but have been going all day since.
Why is it that often the thing that gets us going is being up against a wall? Between a rock and a hard place, or whatever you favorite term is. Do you find you finally work when the pressure is REALLY on?
