Ebay Sales Started
Our Ebay sales have started again. I hope to get 100 to 300 items running at one time. At times it will be down to 20–30, but overall my target is for 100 or more auctions running at any given time. This becomes easier as items do not sell and get relisted at a lower price.
My goal is to list about 10 items a day. I am thinking of splitting my time about 60–40 between Ebay sales and internet marketing on websites. To get back into gear, the 60% will be in Ebay sales.
Some items I have thought of selling on Ebay are National Geographic magazines. I have a million of them. Well, a lot of them. Another thing is ads out of magazines. Did you know that old ads are often valuable to collectors? Do a search on Ebay for magazine ads. I will probably create a separate selling ID for each category of items I sell. An ID for Geographic magazines. An ID for magazine ads
OK, I have six Ebay IDs. I just changed one of the to national-geographic-mags I have had that ID for 3 years an never used it. Just like domain names for a website, it is best to name your Ebay ID a term that reflects what you sell.
With this work schedule, I should be self sufficient online within my 90 day period to success. My goal is to pay all of my bills, rent included, from my online income. Ebay, Adsense ads, affiliate programs, selling ebooks and software are all part of this plan.
Is this a doable goal? I believe it is, especially when Ebay is part of that plan. Internet marketing is usually a get rich slow process that includes building websites that slowly generate income. Ebay is selling things today, being paid today and having the money available to spend (in your PayPal account) today. OK, today means a one day auction, which I usually do not do, but it is possible.
Hopefully in the next two weeks I will create a newsletter/ezine and get it out once a week. It will follow my process of making these 90 days work. I need to set up an autoresponder to take care of email and set up forms on my site for subscribers to use to sign up for the newsletter.
