30 Minutes Writing Plans Daily
I have talked to you about writing about what I plan for 30 minutes each day. This is not my daily schedule or a business plan. It is just writing and rambling on about thoughts on how I can make 2006 my year to dramatically increase my internet marketing income. The more I write, the more I see where I am and what I should be doing.
Have you tried the idea of keeping a daily time log yet? I am amazed at the amount of time that is slipping by me that is very unproductive. Are you serious about wanting to generate an income online? If you need to use spare time to is best advantage. I am amazed at the amount of time in my time chart that is WASTED.
I am spending too much time in forums. With that knowledge, I can specify a time of day and an amount of time I am willing to use to “learn” what other people are doing. By limiting my time in forums, I can use that extra time to write a page on one of my website. I can read an IM book or implement a new program.
Are you in the learning process of becoming an internet marketer? Me too. One of the main things I am learning is STOP and START!
Stop trying to do all the things you read about. Stop buying new programs that you can not use yet. Stop trying to follow every guru’s advice.
Start doing what you know how to do today. If all you know how to do is create a webpages and put some Adsense ads and an affiliate link on the page. DO THAT! Do it daily. BE SURE you do it daily. Do what you know how to do. Start a program of doing what you know how to do. What you know is what you do best, so JUST DO IT!
If you have three hours a day to devote to internet marketing, spend three hours actually working at what you know and can do. Then spend that last hour WORKING on something new. Notice I emphasized WORKING. Reading forums, is not working. Researching a topic to write about is working. Learning to put a page on your site that is password locked is working. Doing jobs an employer would pay you for is working. Study and surfing is what you do in your leisure time.
All of what I have written above has been coming to me recently. Oh, I knew it all along. Since I have been keeping track of time, writing for 30 minutes daily on how I am going to increase my IM income, I have started to pay attention to these things. I hope you will too.
