Put A Tag On Your Dog
It is not very frugal to have to pay the pound to retrieve you lost family pet. Today we found a beautiful golden retriever without a tag of any kind. It had an “Elizabethan Collar” on. That is one of those lamp shade collars animals get after surgery. Luckily a close by veterinarian took the dog in and will help locating the owner, or if they have no luck, the will call animal regulation to pick up the dog.
Does your dog have a ID tag? If this dog did I could have called the owner to pick up their dog. This dog may end of in the “pound” since it has no identification.
Dog tags are cheap at local pet stores or out of the backs of pet magazines. If you dog needs a dog license, that is one ID tag they get.
Our camping trip was fantastic. We saw dolphins both days. Seals both days. Lots of sea gull, pelicans and cormorants.
Today we are going to have some cheap fun. The TV show “Fear Factor” is filming at one of our local piers. We are going to drive over and see what we can see.
Poky:Our 14 pound Chihuahua and Jack Russell mix. See his tag?
