Making Money or Saving Money?

Here is a question for the frugal minded person. Which is better, making money or saving money?  I am reading about making money on the internet and this question has come to mind.  The frugal side of me has always looked for ways to save money.  If there was a way to get it cheaper that was always the answer. Often if it couldn’t be bought for a bargain it wasn’t bought at all.  With that thought, I started wondering if making more money might be a better way of doing things than trying to save money.

Money is not the issue.  What is the issue is having more of the things life has to offer.  Having enough to share. Having enough so the bills are not a monthly worry.  Sharon and I have never usually been closer to poor than rich financially.  I would say lower middle class.  Being frugal was always a way of life.  We know how to cut corners and we know what pink notices in the mail mean when the utility bills are behind.

Today we have the internet available to almost any family in America and in many parts of the world.  The internet offers a myriad of possibilities for making money.  Are you tired of being forced to be frugal?  Would you rather be frugal by choice?  I think each of us has an opportunity to grow financially by studying what is available on the Internet.

Sharon and I are about to get back to selling on Ebay. We are developing websites to generate income and we are writing blogs to get our name and messages out into the world.  I think it is time we start making money instead of always having to save money.
