Camping Is A Great Way To Relax
Sharon and I are going camping for one night this week. We will leave between 7 and 8 a.m. Wednesday morning and return between 6 and 9 p.m. Thursday evening. We are only going about 15 miles from home and will be camping right at the beach. Since we work for ourselves, we take our “weekend” in the middle of the week. The campground we are going to is completely booked for the real weekends. I hate making reservations, so mid-week camping is great for us.
Camping during the week means we work the weekend, but we do that anyway. Working for yourself often means putting in long days and working Saturdays and Sundays. I would rather work for myself than work for a company. I was down sized after 20 years working for a company. My stress level dropped from way up there to next to none when I worked at my own thing.
Now it is really great not to be working for a company. I take off when I want. I work when I want and how long I want. No one complains about my hours or time off. The only problem working for yourself is that is you are not there working, there is no income. This is why I am studying to develop internet marketing income. I can create an income that keeps going even when I am on vacation or camping for few days.
Do you camp? From inexpensive tents to high dollar motorhomes, there is nothing like camping. It gets you away from everything, and you can do whatever the area has to offer. Fishing, biking, shopping or any activity you enjoy in the area you camp at. Just leave the campground for a while and enjoy yourself. OR, just kick back and relax in the campground.
