Are You Cutting Expsenses To Pay Bills?

There are many ways to extend you income to meet your expenses. The problem is you have to keep getting creative to keep up. Just about the time you are breaking even, gas prices go up. It that is not bad enough the news says winter heating costs will go up too. One news source said that some will have to make the choice of whether to eat or stay warm this winter. YIKES! This is America and this is an option being proposed.

So you start cutting back. Been there, done that. You take a sack lunch instead of buying lunch. You cut out the morning kiosk coffee and take a thermos to work. You try to buy everything on sale or you buy at garage sales and thrift shops. This sounds familiar —– that is not a question, that is a statement of where we have been. Is it where you are?

You help the income crunch by getting a second job — luckily I never had to do that. You can sell in a MLM program like AMWAY — we never made money doing that. Maybe you could open an office or store — we lost a lot of money doing that. You can take vacations at Mom and Dad’s place or visit relatives — we did get to see things on the way there and back home and saved a lot of money.

One of the problems with trying to meet a budget is that when you are just getting ends to meet someone moves the ends and it starts all over again. I hope you aren’t using loans and credit cards to solve you problems — been there, done that and have the T-shirt to prove it. Indebtedness is a real problem.

Another answer is to make more money working from home. You can sell on Ebay — we did that and still do once in a while. It can be a good living or a good source of extra money each month. An extra $200 to $500 is pretty easy on Ebay. From 1998 until 2002 we made our full time living selling used computers, monitors, keyboard etc on Ebay.

Yesterday I talked about what we are doing today and listed some of the main programs we have purchased to help us develop an Internet Marketing business. Our goal is to earn an income without having a physical product. IM is a way to do it.

Today our IM income is a roller coaster ride. It varies from $150 to $300 a month. We thought it was headed to about $500 or more but it dropped back down. Let me tell you, the extra $150 is nice to have. I am working toward increasing that every month with more website content.

Check yesterday’s blog page and at least take a look at the links to the Internet Marketing programs I am talking about. Download the free e-book on building websites. See if this might be for you too.
