Jan 30, '05 A Day At The Harbor
It is a bright, sunny beautiful day. The weather is "California Cold". It was 40 degrees this morning. Compared to other places this is short sleeves and shorts weather.
We are now parked at the harbor's edge diagonally across from the Coast Guard Station. It is a bright sunny morning. A really beautiful day to spend here at the harbor. After breakfast we took a short walk. People on the beach were playing volley ball. One of the women was wearing a bikini. I gues it really is beach weather --LOL (laughing out loud)
About 10 we went to the Farmer's Market and bought two basktets of strawberries. There is an advantage to living where the growing season is 12 months. This farmer's market is located at our harbor. Being right where boats are moored means the "sea farmers" can sell thier goods also. There is a boat selling fresh fish, crabs and lobsters.
