Jan 16, '05 Yesterday's Drive
Yesterday we took a day trip up the California coast from our home in Oxnard. There is a lot of logs, tree limbs and debri that got washed into the ocean from inland. A real mess. I would think this would cause a lot problems for boats. The logs in particular would not be fun to run into.
Part of our day included walking along the beach near the Ventura Pier. More debris all along the beach. Tons of it. From the beach we went to the Ventura Harbor and took a harbor cruise. That was a lot of fun. I sure wish I was frugal enough to afford one of the homes in the keys.
Some people have a real rough life.
