Jan 13, '05 Welcome! Our First Day
My name is Bob and my wife is Sharon. We have created a FRUGAL LIVING website that is about saving money and as we develop the site it will include ways of making money. It is my wife's site. I am the "technical advisor" Ha! Ha! or LOL (laughing out loud) as they say on the internet.

Being frugal is about conserving resources, not only money. Making things go farther and last longer are part of being frugal.
Our introduction to being frugal came in 1968, the first time I got laid-off from a job. Today they call it downsizing, but back then when work got slow you got "laid off". I was out of work for over a year. That will teach you to be frugal very fast.
Back then we did not have the resources I have today for learning how to save money and still live fairly well. Today we have the internet. The resources available on the web are amazing.
