Working Harder Now
It is about time. We are working harder now. Not hard enough or smart enough yet, but definately harder. Why is it that we often do not do something until we absolutely have to? It is so easy to do things ahead of time or just work as you go along in life. Too many us wait until the last minute and then get active.
The sad part is that we are usually successful in our last minute activity. This just tells us, “I work better under pressure”. RIGHT! NOT! If we work better we’d be doing it more often. We would create that pressure more often. That is not how it works. Pressure may get the job done on time, but doing a job in a timely manner allows you to do the best job instead of “the job”.
As you know I have been reading time studies and effective use of time books. They all say that working only the deadline is not the most efficient way to get a job done.
I got my PayPal shopping cart started on my new soldering iron sponges page, Solder Iron Sponges. I have not uploaded that page yet. I want to get a thank you page written, so when a customer buys sponges from me and pays, they get a thank you that lets them know their product will ship within a couple days.
Our soldering iron sponges page should have been up and running this week, but with our other situtations I have not had time to work on it. I just have the holding page in place.
The main push right now is Ebay sales. It is our fast money maker. I need to streamline my Ebay sales even more. I am reading the course (top right of this page) that I bought. It really is starting to pay off. I am making second chance offers on items I have more than one of and am making sales without running the auction again.
