Ebay Sales Are Going Strong
OK, we are not getting rich, but our Ebay sales are going strong. Our current sales for the month of March are $900. These sales are mainly from stuff from my parents estate. Old children's books mainly.
Are you selling on Ebay? I keep telling you it is as close as you get to instant money. Of course, not everything you list will sell. Actually most of what I list does not sell the first time around. I often have to list an item two or three times and even lower the price a couple times to make the sale.
Since I have been getting started selling on Ebay again, I have not been working on the internet marketing part of our business. I need to learn to balance my time between the two. In the short term Ebay will generate the most income. In the long term, I am sure that internet marketing will make more money and be easier work.
Do not let anyone tell you making money on line is just working a couple hours a week and making thousands of dollars. Those get rich quick schemes are just that, “schemes”. Real income on the internet requires work and dedication. Plus, in the beginning you will put in more hours in the learning curve than you will have to later.
The key to Ebay or creating websites that generate income is daily activity. If you work daily on either project, it will pay off. Work is only creating content. At the end of the day, research doesn’t count. Study does not count. The only thing that counts is finished products. For Ebay, count the number of auctions you listed or the dollar value of them. For internet marketing, count the number of pages you have uploaded to the internet.
Of course there are things you have to do other than create the content. You do have to study and learn. You do have to research products and topics. You need to implement pay per click campaigns and do other advertising. However, the money make is how many pages you have on the internet. One auction on Ebay is one page. One article on your website is one page. Get those pages flowing and increase your income.
