Camping Is Over -- Parked By The Ocean
Our camping weekend is coming to a close. We left the campground this morning at 9:50. It is now 4:30 and we are parked by the ocean. I was tired driving so took a nap. We are getting ready to head on home which is about 85 more miles.
We had a fantastic weekend with internet camping friends. Most of the people in the 30 rigs met on the internet. There was way too much food, but it sure was delicious.
It was good being able to connected to the internet just using the cell phone. It is slower than DSL, but faster than a 56K modem.
How effective it would be to work on only a cell phone connection I am not sure. So far I have not tried to get any serious work done online while we are camping. The most I have done is write my blogs, surf a little and check email.
