Still working On Password Protection
I am still working on password protection for my ebooks and other material. I think I may have the solution, but I haven’t had time to implement it. I get going doing so many things at the same time that I often don’t get the most important thing done.
Last night around 11:00 we heard a huge explosion. An oil tank about 6 blocks from here blew up and caught fire. It injured one man with 2nd degree burns. Lots of excitement in this area.
Oh, since this is The Frugal Money Saver blog, here is a tip I was thinking about. We bought strawberries Sunday at the Farmer’s Market. In the past our strawberries would grow mold very quickly if we did not eat them in the first few days. One of the vendors told my wife how to store them. Put fresh strawberries in a plastic bowl with a lid on it—DO NOT rinse berries. The “secret” to keep them fresh is, first, put a paper town in the bottom of bowl and then put a paper towel on top of the berries. Close and seal the lid and refrigerate. The strawberries now last us over a week with no problems. This may work for other berries or things that do not not seem to last long enough.
Another tip, never wash your strawberries until just before you use them. This will keep them fresher longer too.
