Time To Save Some Money Today
Today we will save some money and get the best merchandise at the same time. We are going to the Farmer's Market. Some prices are a little higher than grocery store prices, but if they are higher, the quality is also much higher. Sharon will not buy those cardboard tomatoes at the grocery store now that we can get them at the Farmer's Market.
As we drive the 5 miles or so the the harbor where they hold the Farmer's Market, we often stop at garage sales along the way. There are not a lot on Sundays, but there are usually a few. It is not unusual to come home with vegetables surrounded by treasures we have found at garage sales.
Be careful shopping at garage sales. You can go broke saving money. There are so many bargains that sometimes you just don't know when to stop. Of course if you are selling on Ebay, maybe you shouldn't stop. Many people make a lot of money from items they buy at garage sales, swap meets, rummage sales and thrift shops.
EBAY! Sharon and I have been talking more and more about getting back to selling on Ebay. It just makes sense for what we are wanting to do in the next couple years. Since we bought the course Ebay Training Course we have been getting exited about getting rid of a lot of the stuff we have piled in our warehouse. We are talking about doing a three month blitz to see how well we can do with all these new techniques we have learned. You can look at the few auctions we have running now at Our Ebay Auctions Watch how they change as time goes by and we implement new strategies.
Some of the electronic and computer equipment we got in the past is so old it doesn’t even sell on Ebay. I disassemble it and sell the aluminum cases to the scrap metal yard and the circuit boards to an electronic scrap company who wants the boards for the small quantities of gold and other precious metals on each board.
