Saving Money At The Dentist
Sharon has a cavity and needed to go to the dentist. $1800 is what the work is going to cost. The cavity is under a crown and two other crowns need work. OUCH! Not her, our budget. We don’t have insurance so that comes out of our pocket. She did go online and buy dental insurance form ehealth.com, but I’m not sure what she is saving. This dentist quoted only about $100 less than the first one she went to. Maybe we are saving money and maybe not.
Not have medical or dental insurance is scary. They say millions of American don’t have insurance. I never realized how lucky I was to have medical and dental insurance when I worked for a company. You really take it for granted.
