Our Shaver Lake Campsite
We are camped at Shaver Lake, California. There is a group of 30 RVs that will be here. We arrived a day early and there were already about 10 rigs here. It is really fun to go camping with a group.
The weather is fantastic. Clear skies. Cold at night but pleasantly warm during the day. We are close to 5400 feet in elevation. As you can see in the picture below we are camped in a pine forest.
Our internet connection here at the campground is through our Verizon cell phone. It is faster than a 56K modem, but slower than any high speed connections. It is nice to be able to work and play on the computer anywhere we go.
