Camping Is Frugal Entertainment.

I think I told you we like candlelight dinners.  We even have them while  out camping. it is no different.  We put out the candles outside too.  This adds a bit of fun and romance to an otherwise plain dinner.  You can make any place and any situation romantic and intimate.

Sharon and I share lots of things, like right now.  There is a tiny jumping spider on the edge.  It is sitting there watching me. I had to call Sharon out to see it.  Our last camping trip we saw tarantulas.  We enjoy sharing lots of things together.  The little spider is gone. It raised its behind in the air and let out a thin line of silk.  The breeze caught the silk thread and the silk  touched something else.  The spider took off for better hunting grounds.   You may not like spiders. It’s not the spider I’m really talking about, it is sharing.

It is warm here at the beach this morning. It is only eight o’clock and already Sharon is in shorts.  You know it is warm when she wears shorts. Actually we aren’t ON the beach we are camped across the street from the beach.

Yesterday’s wind died down so we had a very nice campfire last night.  There was always a breeze.  In fact as I sit here the wind is picking up. We won’t have a morning campfire

We don’t have a cell phone signal at this camp spot, so this will have to wait until later to get uploaded.

We saw deer for the first time camping here in Souther California. We see them elsewhere, but this is a first down here.  A doe and her two older fawns.  Poky is excited to see the rabbits and squirrels. Camping is fun and exciting for the whole family.
