Yesterday Was A Good Day - Websites Doing Well
Yesterday we completed the major tasks for going camping in our 1988 Bounder motorhome. We are going to Lake San Antonio for the weekend and should have a great time. If you enjoy camping, I recommend getting out as often as you can. MAKE the time to go. It doesn’t matter whether you camp in a tent, a trailer or a motorhome. Camping is great however you go.
Our websites made $12.18 with Google Adsense on the 4 websites. This is a “good day” for us right now. No, we are not getting rich. Website development takes time. You can accelerate it by buying ads to promote you site, but I haven’t tried that yet. I think I will buy some ads before the end of the month. I will use Google AdWords to buy my ads and see what results I get. I only concentrate on one of those 4 sites, the others have been dormant for a long time, but they still generate small amounts each month.
I hope to have all my dormant sites become active within the next month. I have ideas and plans to develop them further. It only makes sense since they exist and are already in the search engines.
You need a reason to do anything. My reason for creating and developing websites is to generate enough income to “retire” and go full-timing in a motorhome for about 2 years. Just travel the country and see all the glory of our great nation. Also to travel through Canada and Mexico. I sincerely believe this goal is attainable with 2 years. I believe I will generate in excess of $3000 a month and this amount will grow at time goes by. This is enough to travel and camp. It is enough to save some for mechanical problems.
Do you have a dream? Do you have a financial goal you would like to achieve? Online website development is one of the least expensive businesses to get into. It is easy to do. It requires time, but how much depends on your schedule. Let me tell you, the small amount we are making right now covers our internet expenses, pays for the courses we buy and pays a couple bills. To me this is a great start.
